Some very interesting points, not very realistic and really a lot of detail, your second example of Failrp is actually metagaming but still pretty good guy, I give a +1 so he can get a chance to prove himself.

+1 but your example 1 for RDM is actually MRDM. Pretty good guy, looks like you've had a lot of experience too.
